This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures regarding service cancellations, refunds, and related matters.

SERVICE BOOKING AND DISPATCH
1.1 Service Confirmation
Upon requesting our services, you will receive a service confirmation. This confirmation constitutes our agreement to provide the requested service.
1.2 Payment Processing
- For emergency roadside services: Payment is processed after service completion.
- For pre-scheduled towing: A deposit may be required at booking, with the remaining balance due upon service completion.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROADSIDE OR EMERGENCY RESPONSE TOW REQUEST
2.1 Customer Cancellation
- Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you cancel before a tow truck has been dispatched to your location, no cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellation After Dispatch: If you cancel after a tow truck has been dispatched but has not yet arrived at your location, a minimum cancellation fee of $75 may apply to cover fuel and operational costs.
- Cancellation Upon Arrival: If you cancel after the tow truck has arrived at your location, a minimum fee of $125 will apply to cover travel expenses, time, and operational costs.
- Pre-scheduled Service Cancellation: For pre-scheduled towing services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
2.2 Service Provider Cancellation
If we need to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or equipment issues:
- We will notify you as soon as possible.
- No cancellation fee will be charged.
- We will offer to reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund of any pre-payments.

REFUND POLICY
3.1 Service Quality or Incorrect Towing Issues
If you are dissatisfied with our service due to quality issues or believe your vehicle was incorrectly towed:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- Required to provide details of the issue and any supporting documentation (photos, third-party assessments).
- We will investigate the claim within 5-10 business days.
- If the claim is validated, we may offer a partial or full refund, or service credit at our discretion.
3.2 Vehicle Damage Claims
- Any claims regarding vehicle damage allegedly caused during our service must be reported immediately at the time of service.
- Damage claims not reported at the time of service may not be eligible for compensation.
- All damage claims require documentation (photos, description) and will be investigated by our in-house claims department.
3.3 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or items that are not OEM parts installed on your vehicle.

Beard’s Towing reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Once payment has been rendered, you agree that the services set forth by our company have been performed in full satisfactory.
