John Money is just an awesome guy. Very kind, respectful, helpful, and made a bad situation enjoyable! He was very quick to get my truck on his tow truck and helped every step of the way. Absolutely tremendous customer service from the initial call to John’s assistance. Highly recommend!

Awesome Service Appreciate all you did

There has been a lot said about beards towing, mostly negative of coarse. But a friend of mine had his truck and travel trailer, towed and impounded by beards at the request of the Arlington police department because the truck broke down while pulling the trailer and was considered an obstruction. The fees were astronomical, because it was considered heavy duty. Which my friend obviously couldn’t afford. And he lives and has everything he owns in this travel trailer. So we contacted the owner James and his wife Chloe and explained to them his situation and they agreed to negotiate a better price with him I’m not going to give specifics, but let’s just say that they have shown real compassion and generosity. Which they are definitely not required to do. And for that I am grateful. But not as grateful as my buddy. So don’t believe all the bad that said about beards. They are good people that actually do care. Thank yall so much.

They surprised me. I can't believe they dont rob you by the day with multiplied fees when your car is impounded. I am really impressed by that.

Excellent customer service from the reservationist and the driver, Jason, at Beard’s towing. I had a vintage Mustang moved from my son’s house to mine and they were able to take care of my request the day I called (a Sunday) at a reasonable price with no surprise last minute charges. I would definitely use them again.

Not only did they provide excellent customer service but I appreciate them so much for taking the time to explain everything to me!!! Y’all are awesome!

There are a lot of bad reviews about this location, so I was a little worried. My experience was great though, no line, the lady at the front desk was nice & directly to the point. The man who helped me collect my belongings was super kind. My trunk was completely damaged as you can see in the image, and he lifted it up enough to help me collect an item in my trunk. I know that’s not in his job description but he was willing & had a great attitude on helping me with anything anyway!! He brought me all the way back to the front to the car I drove in, when I realized I forgot my car keys in my DAMAGED car. He was not annoyed or upset and took me back to the damaged car to get my car keys. Nothing bad to say about my experience.

We had to have a car taken there after a car wreck and they have been very helpful and answered every question we have had. I cannot Thank you enough.

Was fast and patient. Had to wait 30 minutes for the tow yard to release my car and he was there 30 minutes before. He also was very 🙂.
