I have never used Beard's towing service, but I would recommend them solely on the actions of their drivers. I was part of a funeral procession today. Multiple of their trucks stopped on the side of the road and the drivers were standing outside their vehicles with their hats removed in reverence for our family. I was almost brought to tears. This kind of compassion is in VERY short supply these days and I was touched by their respect. Thank you Beard's. Your employees deserve recognition for their courtesy!

When my car got towed , they were very Quick and super nice. I feel like the prices are reasonable for how Dangerous the job could be. When I went to get my car and pay the ladies at the window were super amazing .

It’s amazing the number of bad reviews on here. My experience was quite the contrary. Someone greeted me almost immediately after I walked up to the window. They were insanely informative, Maybe the previous reviewers were not asking the right questions? As far as pricing goes, I feel it was pretty comprable to other tow lots? Towing in general is not going to be a cheap job. Will definitely be recommending to family / friends.

I pick up cars here often. Never had an issue with the staff. Wait is a bit long sometimes but they are very busy so totally understandable...

On Saturday, 11 May, Chris Cherry towed my Porsche Boxer. Chris was very professional and courteous! He was an absolute magician to get my car on and off without a scratch!! He was amazing! I was TOTALLY SATISFIED, A+, top drawer service!

Booked my tow for my car from mesquite to my aunts house in burleson. Very easy process. Worked with Jennifer to book the dispatch and Jason is the one who came out and towed my car. Very nice and professional people to work with. Will use again if I ever need a tow! Thanks Beards!

Little expensive but always a good tow for if you crash out or get arrested 😂

They are very professional and got the job done. The people were very friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely rely on them again. The receptionist Samantha was especially helpful and they got there in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend their services!
